| 2002: | Von der Heyden Group acquires 50% shares in the IBB Hotels chain, with Sven von der Heyden as one of the shareholders. Thanks to Von der Heyden Group, IBB Hotels enters the Polish market as the first Spanish hotel chain in the country. The first hotel to be opened is the 4-star Grand Hotel Lublinianka. |

| 2007: | The second IBB hotel in Poland opens IBB Andersia Hotel in PoznaĆ is the most modern in our chain. This 4-star hotel, located at the heart of the city center, offers our guests capacious conference and banquet facilities. The IBB Hotels chain strengthens its position in the market of business hotels. |
| 2008: | The second IBB hotel in Germany opens IBB Passau Hotel receives the first guests in August. This centrally located 4-star hotel in the picturesque town of Passau is an important addition to the IBB chain. |
| 2008: | Von der Heyden Group acquires 70% shares in the IBB Hotels chain, becoming the principal shareholder. The chain plans further expansion in Europe. Shareholders Javier Errejon – Chief Financial Director and Angel Llull – CEO became members of the board. |
| 2009: | Von der Heyden Group buys Grandhotel Römerbad of rich tradition in Badenweiler (Schwarzwald). Starting October, it will become the first 5-star hotel in IBB Hotels group. |
