As the world comes together to celebrate the International Day of Forests on March 21st, we at IBB Hotel and Cugó Gran Collection are proud to share a heartwarming update on our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability. Thanks to the generosity of our guests and the incredible efforts of the Treeapp initiative, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve raised enough funds to plant a remarkable 720 trees since December 5th, 2023.
Planting seeds of change
Since integrating a transaction code on our guests’ stays on Plant A Tree Day last December, our guests across all our hotels have shown unwavering support for our mission to make a positive impact on the planet. Through their donations, we’ve been able to contribute significantly to reforestation efforts in areas where trees are needed most. We’ve entrusted Treeapp to plant these trees strategically, ensuring they benefit local communities and maximize environmental impact.
